MACHINE WASH, HANG DRY: To keep the vibrancy of colors in your apparel we recommend machine washing on cold and hanging to dry. Use a low iron or steamer to get that perfect flowy look.

Yes, Lotus and Luna jewelry can be worn in the water, but keeping your jewelry dry is the best way to protect it from wear and tear. You can read more about caring for our jewelry here.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Once you are a member of our Cosmo Club, you must be logged into your account to see and manage your Moon Money. Click the Moon icon on the left hand of the screen to manage your rewards. Once you are in there, you can click into your rewards to redeem your Moon Money. Once you hit redeem, you will be give a discount code to apply at check out to receive your discount.

Yes. All discount codes are disabled while there is a site-wide sale.

Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed, orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2 day shipping. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times by the carrier. 

Your items will be shipped out from our headquarters in sunny San Diego! 

Please allow 2-3 days for processing and then 3-5 business days to receive your package, they are shipped out USPS First Class unless Priority Shipping is selected. 

The best way to track your package is to log in to your Lotus and Luna account here and check the status of your orders. Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking as well.

Returns and exchanges

If you're looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for full-priced items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We usually respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. Once your item is received back to our warehouse, we immediately issue your refund/ship out your replacement product. 

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If your item breaks within 6 months of purchase we are happy to send you a replacement, please contact us here.
