Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process. Time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. 

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default, which varies between 5-8 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2-day shipping. We offer Free Shipping in the US for orders over $75.

RETURNS: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply). Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached. If buying a set or gift box, all items included must be returned and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

RE:DO: If you opt-in for Re:do, you will be able to exchange or return items not listed FINAL SALE for store credit at no extra charge. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    This is all I want to wear anymore

    This is my 3rd pair of Lotus & Luna pants and I love them! When I first received them I was like meh but once washed they turned soft and light weight. They got great patterns and colors to select from. For reference I am 5'2", 110 lbs and have an athletic build. I got size petite small and they fit perfectly.

    Harem pants review

    I think the medium-regular length was a perfect selection for me. I will have to wash them and see how wrinkled they will remain… because they are very wrinkled right now. The style and pattern are lovely! I hope to get many more!
