Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process. Time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default, which varies between 3-5 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2-day shipping.
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply). Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached. If buying a set or gift box, all items included must be returned and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Lotus & Luna is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, subsequent fees may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
