Love these pants. So comfortable. Definitely size down and pay attention to sizing. I am 5'3" and ordered the petite. I also went with a medium but I am switching them for a small.
I bought these for ecstatic dance, but ended up taking them with me to Hawaii recently. They were worn everyday, so soft and comfortable! The waistband is just right, which I feel never happens on pants. I'm 5'9 and seriously the most comfortable and flattering pants I've ever worn.

I absolutely LOVE these pants. The material is light and comfortable. The waist band does NOT bind - it has soft elastic from top to bottom.
I'm 5'2, 112 lbs, and have a 28 1/2" waist. I bought a Petite Medium because I did not want something that was too tight through the waist. These are plenty soft and stretchy in the waist, so no binding. The length is perfect.
I was in a hurry when I first opened and tried them on. I removed the tags and washed them, so can't return them. However, being a medium, they are really too big for me, so I just use them as PJ pants. I will order a PS on my next order.
