PROCESSING: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process. Time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default, which varies between 5-8 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2-day shipping. We offer Free Shipping in the US for orders over $70.

RETURNS: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply). Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached. If buying a set or gift box, all items included must be returned and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RE:DO: If you opt-in for Re:do, you will be able to exchange or return items not listed FINAL SALE for store credit at no extra charge. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Absolutely Gorgeous Pants
In the summer, harem pants are my go-to pants when I need to wear pants. They're breezy, flowy and you feel like a million bucks. I lost a lot of weight in the past year and I'm still not convinced of my sizing accuracy. So when I accidentally chose them in small/tall - meaning to order medium/regular - I panicked but decided to adopt a wait and see attitude. To my utter delight, they fit perfectly - so I'm glad I followed the online sizing recommendations when in doubt. Since I had never worn this brand before, I opted for the "Mystery" pants since they were closer to the price I had paid for other brands. Of course...with that said, I did buy the limit of 3... LOL! While I am pleased with the quality - I wish I could have expressed color preferences - the ones that I received were not quite in my preferred color palette - but hey...they were a deal so I'll possibly grow to love them...maybe. Will I buy from Lotus & Luna in the future - yes - absolutely, but I think I'll stick to picking the colors of my choosing.

Great Pants
I'm 5'7 130 lbs and ordered the small. It's a tiny bit snug around the waist. It fits but I just like a looser feel. The elastic is a little restrictive. Otherwise, these are perfect!
