1. Eligibility:
- The Free Mystery Item Promotion ("Promotion") is open to all customers who place qualifying orders on Lotus and Luna's website (the "Website") during the promotional period of November 18, 2023, 12:00 AM PST, to November 19, 2023, 11:59 PM PST.
2. Qualifying Orders:
- To qualify for the free mystery item, customers do not need to add any specific item to their cart, and no promotional code is necessary. All qualifying orders placed during the promotion period will automatically receive the free mystery item.
3. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion is valid only during the specified dates and times mentioned above. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the free mystery item.
4. Time Zone:
- All times mentioned are in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
5. Combining Offers:
- This Promotion
can be combined with our ongoing 25% off offer, which requires customers to sign up for SMS to receive the promotional code. Customers may choose to participate in both offers simultaneously.
