Midsummer Giveaway Terms & Conditions 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Lotus and Luna Midsummer Giveaway. By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

**1. Eligibility:**
- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, representatives, or agents of Lotus and Luna and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

**2. Giveaway Period:**
- The giveaway starts on Friday, July 28th at 12:00 AM PST, and ends on Sunday, July 30th, at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Only orders placed and fully processed during this period will be counted towards the giveaway.

**3. Entry Requirements:**
- To enter the giveaway, participants must place a single order of $75 or more prior to shipping fees on the Lotus and Luna website (https://www.lotusandluna.com/).
- Each qualifying order will receive one entry into the giveaway.

**4. Prize:**
- The prize consists of $1000 of Lotus and Luna gift cards.
- The gift card can be used to purchase any products available on the Lotus and Luna website.
- The gift card will expire on July 31st, 2024.
- Resale of any items purchased using the gift cards is prohibited and will lead to an automatic disqualification on any remaining gift cards. 

**5. Gift Card Distribution:**
- The $1000 Lotus and Luna gift card prize will be distributed in four equal denominations of $250 each.
- The gift cards will be sent to the winner via email on a quarterly basis.
- The distribution schedule for the gift cards will be as follows:

• First gift card: Sent within two weeks after the winner announcement (around August 14th).
• Second gift card: Sent within two weeks after the end of the first quarter (around November 14th).
• Third gift card: Sent within two weeks after the end of the second quarter (around February 14th).
• Fourth gift card: Sent within two weeks after the end of the third quarter (around May 14th).

- Each gift card will be valid until its expiration date, which is July 31st, 2024.

Please note that the gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used for purchases on the Lotus and Luna website. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties that may impact the distribution of the gift cards, Lotus and Luna will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and ensure the timely delivery of the remaining gift cards.

**6. Winner Selection:**
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
- The draw will take place on Monday, July 31st, around 12:00 PM PST.
- The winner will be announced via the email provided during the order placement process.

**7. Winner Notification:**
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the order placement process.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, a new winner will be randomly selected.

**8. Public Announcement:**
- The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on the Lotus and Luna website or social media platforms after they have claimed the prize.

**9. Fraudulent Accounts and Information:**
- Lotus and Luna will not post or reach out on any other accounts regarding this giveaway.
- Be cautious of fraudulent accounts or individuals claiming to be associated with this giveaway and collecting personal information. This giveaway is not associated with any other pages.

**10. General Conditions:**
- By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Lotus and Luna and its affiliates from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway and the acceptance or use of the prize.
- Lotus and Luna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

**11. Privacy Policy:**
- Information collected from participants during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with the Lotus and Luna Privacy Policy.
