MACHINE WASH, HANG DRY: To keep the vibrancy of colors in your apparel we recommend machine washing on cold and hanging to dry. Use a low iron or steamer to get that perfect flowy look.


Note:If you machine dry, some shrinkage may occur.

We advise you that keeping your jewelry dry is the best way to protect it from wear and tear. You can read more about caring for our jewelry here.

Your items will be shipped out from our headquarters in sunny San Diego! 

Once your order has been processed, orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-8 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2 day shipping. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times by the carrier. 

Please allow 2-3 days for processing and then 3-8 business days to receive your package, they are shipped out USPS First Class unless Priority Shipping is selected. 

If you realize that there is a mistake on your address after you’ve placed your order, email us right away at customerservice@lotusandluna.com.

The best way to track your package is to log in to your Lotus and Luna account here and check the status of your orders. Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking as well.

We're so sorry! Please allow 48 hours from your delivery notification for the package to arrive. If you do not receive it by then please contact us here. 

If you're looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for full-priced items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you purchase re:do for $1, the shipping cost will be free for any exchanges or returns for store credit. Refunds are still subject to the cost of the return shipping.

We usually respond to all inquiries within 1-3 business days. Once your item is received back to our warehouse, we immediately issue your refund/ship out your replacement product. 

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If your item breaks within 6 months of purchase we are happy to send you a replacement, please contact us here.
